I.T.S. College of Pharmacy organized freshers’ party ‘Meet & Mingle’ on Thursday, 27th August, 2015 to welcome the batch 2015-19. The objective of this event was to ensure every ‘fresher’ feels an integral part of the I.T.S. family to take on the challenges of the years ahead. The party manifested youth and enthusiasm at its full flow. Jovial smiles and high spirits marked the welcome address for the Dignitaries, Faculties and freshers by Chirag and Anjali. The much-awaited event got an auspicious start with lightening of lamp by the Principal, Dr. S. Sadish Kumar who also emphasized on what students need to do based on the caption Meet & Mingle.
Further, the stage was taken up by Abhishek Gaur and Madhu along with Vishnu and Muskan to introduce their juniors. Talent round mesmerized everybody where all the participants have showcased their talents like dancing, singing, mimicry etc. The panel of judges found it tough to pick the winners even after the question round. They ultimately crowned Ankita Rai as “Miss Fresher″, Ankit Prasad as “Mr. Fresher″ and Neha as “Talented Personality″. Music filled the air as students danced on the groovy tunes played by the DJ, and the memorable Freshers’ Party came to an end with a Vote of Thanks by Ranika and Rachita. They thanked the Principal, Program coordinators, Ms. Sagarika, Asst. Prof. & Ms. Neelam Singh, Asst. Prof. and juniors for making it a nice program that they could cherish lifelong.
