“Writing allows you to crystallize your thinking”
ITS College of Pharmacy organized a departmental level Essay Competition on the title “Independent India/ Azaad Bharat ” on August 11, 2016 for the students of Pharmacy with the objective to celebrate 70th independence day and to give them the liberty to express their views about their country and its independence day celebrations. A total of 34 students participated in the contest. The instructions to be followed for writing the essay were conveyed prior to the commencement of the competition. The participants were excited as the topic of competition was thrilling and full of patriotism. Farheen Siddiqui and Akshay Badal (B.Pharm II yr) jointly won the first prize while Mujeeb (B.Pharm IV yr) came in the second position. Sachin Tyagi (B.Pharm IV yr) stood at the third place. Certificates of achievement were awarded to the winners and Certificates of appreciation were given to all participants. The programme was well conducted by Ms. Madhu Verma (Asst. Prof.) and Mr. Alok Pratap Singh (Asst. Prof.) under the guidance of Dr. S. Sadish Kumar (Principal).
