I.T.S College of Pharmacy organized a guest lecture on ‘Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance - an Exceptional Career Opportunity in Clinical Research World’ on 10th April 2018 at Mini auditorium for B.Pharm III & IV year students. It was coordinated by Ms. Iti Chauhan (Asst. Prof.)
Mr. Manish Kumar Chohan, PV CAPA Manager, Tata Consultancy Services, Mumbai was invited as a resource person. Dr. S. Sadish Kumar (Director) welcomed the guest by presenting him with books and good luck plant. Mr. Manish enlightened all the key position and areas in IT Industry furnishing career prospects to pharmacy students. He engaged all the students and kept them interactive throughout the session. He also emphasized on communication and ownership skills along with need of learning agility in students. He motivated students for dreaming high in future by spelling out various quotes. He also made students to participate in small activities to keep the session energetic and live. Dr. Kumar concluded the session by giving closing remarks. Ms. Nikhat Parveen (IV-B.Pharm) gave the vote of thanks. Overall, it was an informative and learning session for all the participants.
