The theoretical knowledge and practical skills acquired during my course laid a solid foundation for my future endeavors. The M.Pharm in 2021-2023 at I.T.S further elevated my academic, research opportunities, mentorship from experienced faculty & guidance from director sir. I am delighted to share that, upon completing my M.Pharm, I secured a Research Assistant position in the R&D department at Vytals Wellbeing India Private Limited. The working in the R&D department has been a fulfilling experience, allowing me to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during my academic journey. In conclusion, my journey at I.T.S College of Pharmacy has been a remarkable chapter of growth, learning, and friendship. My B.Pharm from I.T.S Paramedical College, Muradnagar, Ghaziabad (2007-2011) was the launchpad for my 12+ year career in Pharmaceutical Quality and Regulatory Affairs. The comprehensive coursework in pharmaceutics, quality assurance, and analytical techniques built my core skills in data interpretation, compliance, and problem-solvingโdirectly applicable from my trainee role at Arbro Pharmaceuticals to executive positions at Marion Biotech, Vee Excel, Mankind Research Centre, and now Deputy Manager at Kusum Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. (EU-GMP), New Delhi. Hands-on lab training and teaching on GMP, stability studies, and process validation mirrored real-world demands, enabling me to excel in CTD dossier compilation (Modules 1-5), CMC reviews, variations (IA/IB/II), and PLCM across CIS-UA, ASEAN, and African/ROW markets. Guidance on cross-functional collaboration prepared me to lead CFTs (QA/QC/R&D/Manufacturing) for queries, tech transfers, audits (WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, Ukraine), and post-approvals using tools like Caliber QAMS/DMS and SAP. I.T.S's emphasis on regulatory compliance and quick learningโevident in my GPAT-2011 qualification and B.Pharm meritsโfueled my post-M.Pharm (QA) growth, helping me navigate complex filings, drive process improvements, and mentor teams. This foundation continues to power successful product registrations and career advancement.
I am a proud alumnus of the 2014โ2018 batch of ITS and am currently working as a Program Coordinator. My experience at ITS has been extremely enriching, not only academically but also personally, as the institution played an important role in shaping the person I am today. As a hosteler, the campus gave me innumerable experiences, learnings, and memories that I still hold close to my heart. The constant mentorship, support, and accessibility of the faculty helped me develop confidence and clarity. The values, relationships, and learning I gained here continue to guide me in my professional life. I remain deeply grateful to ITS for laying a strong foundation for my journey ahead.
I am truly to be an alumnus of ITS College of Pharmacy, Ghaziabad, where I completed my Bachelor of Pharmacy. I passed out in the year 2017 but even after 8 years, I have fond memories of it. The years spent here were truly meaningful and played a major role in shaping both my academic foundation and professional mindset. The faculty were supportive and dedicated, always guiding us beyond textbooks and exams. Practical exposure, well-equipped labs, and a disciplined learning environment helped me grow with confidence. There are events beyond the curriculum too like the Pharma Minds that used to take place each year. We also had a DST sponsored seminar during the third year. I will always be grateful for the memories, friendships, and knowledge gained here. This institution will always hold a special place in my journey.
